How do I prepare my liquid personal care product?
Preparing your hand wash, body wash or shampoo is simple. Follow these 3 steps and your liquid personal care item is ready to use.
Step 1. Add the Versi care powder formulation into your conVersion bottle.
Step 2. Fill the bottle with warm water until just below the neck and close tightly.
Step 3. Blend the ingredients by firmly shaking the bottle for 1 minute. Your item is ready to use!
Note: Your item is ready to use immediately. The product will settle into a gel texture after 24 hours.
Should I use cold or warm water to dissolve the powder formulation?
We recommend to use warm water.
Do I need to shake the bottle?
After adding the Versi Clean Care power formulation and filling the conversion bottle with water, blend the ingredients by shaking the bottle for 1 minute.
How much liquid personal care can I make with one concentrated refill?
With one Versi Clean Care concentrated refill you can make a full bottle of 250 ml hand wash, body wash or shampoo. The travel size refills are designed for 100 ml hand wash, body wash or shampoo. Each concentrated refill is made to be the perfect amount for your conVersion bottle or conVersion bottle (travel size).
How long will one refill last?
One refill makes a full bottle of hand wash, body wash or shampoo. Depending on how often you use it, a full 250 ml bottle generally lasts 1-2 months. Make things easier with our concentrated refills subscription. You can receive your refills automatically, as often as you prefer.

Where does the name Versi come from?
Derived from a combination of family names, Versi - in Latin- indicates ‘change’. In Italian it essentially means ‘to pour a liquid’. Versi also represents diversity.

What makes Versi products clean and safe?
Formulated with only clean, natural ingredients our collection of refined care essentials is both kind to the environment and to your skin. Ingredients for Versi Clean Care products are consciously assessed, carefully choosing the ones you need and nothing you don’t. The concentrated formulas are natural, cruelty-free and do not contain any microplastics. All our products are free of sulphates, parabens and phthalates. Providing a gentler clean and reducing damage to your hair and skin. Our products undergo rigorous testing and are fully compliant with EU Cosmetics Regulation. This compliance assures you that our products have ben evaluated for safety, quality and efficacy, meeting the strict criteria established by regulatory authorities.
Are Versi products cruelty-free?
All our products are cruelty-free. None of our products or ingredients have been tested on animals.
Are Versi products vegan?
Most of our products are vegan, with the exception of our Cleansing Body Wash containing honey.
Where are Versi Clean Care products made?
When creating the collections, particular care is given to sourcing integrity. Versi has chosen to develop, produce and source locally in Europe to reduce transportation footprint and meet the highest ethical, environmental, and quality standards. All our products are sustainably sourced. Our packaging is produced in Europe. Our formulations are developed and made in the Netherlands.
Do Versi products contain microplastics?
No, we’re bringing you personal care essentials that are formulated free of microplastics, chemicals and any other additives that could be harmful to you or marine life.
Do Versi products contain synthetic colors or fragrances?
We do not use any synthetic colors or fragrances in our products. Versi fragrances are derived from plant sources, made with only the finest natural and organic ingredients.
Do Versi products contain parabens?
All Versi products are free from parabens.
Do Versi products contain SLS, SLES?
All Versi products are free from sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) and sodium laureth sulfate (SLES).
Do Versi products contain silicones?
All Versi products are free from silicones.
Are Versi products natural?
Our products are made using the finest natural ingredients, each chosen for their efficacy and ability to provide the very best results for your skin.
Can I use Versi products if I have sensitive skin?
Versi products are free from skin-unfriendly ingredients such as synthetic fragrance, petrochemicals, sulphates, parabens or other potential irritants. The concentrated formulas are natural and suitable for most skin types. It is possible to be allergic to pretty much anything including essential oils and other natural ingredients. If you suspect you have a sensitivity we would strongly recommend that you test a small amount of any new product on the inside of your elbow. If you have any allergies or skin conditions then you should first consult your general practitioner or pharmacist.
What is the shelf life of Versi Clean Care formulas?
Versi personal care products are natural. They do not contain synthetic preservatives that are commonly used in personal care products.
Originally packed concentrated refills can last up to 12 months if stored in a dry and cool environment.
After the powder formula is mixed with water, we recommend using the product within 3 months.

Why are Versi conVersion bottles shipped empty?
Versi conVersion bottles are shipped empty because we’re shipping only what you need and eliminating the unnecessary. By not shipping water around the world we minimize transportation emissions. You can simply add water at home.
How do I care for my refillable conVersion bottle?
To keep your Versi conVersion bottle in perfect condition, we recommend rinsing the bottle and clean the pump nozzle before every refill.
My dispenser pump locking mechanism doesn’t function properly.
For the lock mechanism to function, the closure needs to be securely tightened to the bottle. If you find it doesn’t function properly, firmly tighten the dispenser pump to the bottle. You can then lock the pump. The twist-lock mechanism allows the dispenser pump to be locked by twisting the nozzle clockwise until it locks. Perfect for travelling as the content is safe from spillages. You can unlock it by twisting counterclockwise.
My conVersion bottle is damaged.
Your bottle may dent with the inevitable drop. Mild denting is a normal part of the bottle's life and will not affect performance in any way. If your conVersion bottle drops and is damaged, please contact us and we will send you a replacement.
Can I use my own bottle?
You can use your own bottle instead of the Versi conVersion bottle. We do not recommend it, because our formulas have been tested to work with Versi conVersion bottles only. We prefer if you use our beautifully designed bottles that release just the right amount of product and will keep your personal care product safe. If you are using your own bottle please make sure you follow our mixing guidelines carefully.
How do I properly dispose of the Versi refill packaging?
Versi refill sachets are made of recyclable paper. Please dispose the packaging for recycling with your regular paper recycling stream.
Are Versi bottles recyclable?
Our durable conVersion bottle is the last bottle you will ever buy. Made with recycled aluminium, unbreakable and infinitely recyclable. All our products are sustainably sourced and packaged. Our durable Conversion bottles are fully recyclable and made with recycled aluminium. You can infinitely reuse the bottle to blend and contain your Versi Clean Care products. The best part? It eliminates waste from your daily routine.
Can I bring Versi Clean Care products when travelling?
Our concentrated formulations allow you to bring all your favorite Versi Clean Care products with you wherever you are headed – without the extra weight. You can even carry them in your hand luggage as they are liquid-free. Versi Travel Sets are perfectly sized for traveling and contain all the essentials. Once arrived, simply add water to get a full bottle of hand wash, body wash or shampoo – it is really that simple.

Do you ship internationally?
Versi ships to following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
If you cannot find your preferred destination, regrettably we do not ship to that country at this time.
How long will it take to receive my package?
We will process your order within the same business day. Estimated shipping is 1-2 business days within the Netherlands and 2-5 business days within Europe. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been completed and handed over to our carrier.

What if I received the wrong item or my products arrive damaged?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
