Versi has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship it back to us for a refund or exchange. Items purchased via versicleancare.com can be returned to us directly for a refund or exchange. Items purchased via specialty stockists or retailers must be returned to their original point of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, in original packaging and in its original sale condition. If goods returned are not in their original sale condition, we may not accept your return.

To start a return, go to Refunds and Cancellations or contact us via hello@versicleancare.com or WhatsApp +31 85 0605 665. You will receive instructions on how and where to send your return package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Should you decide to return or exchange your order, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees. When submitting items for return please place the items in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box to prevent damage in transit. Close the box and tape it securely. You may ship your return with a carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that the carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned, and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the unlikely event that items in your Versi order are defective, damaged, or incorrect please contact us via hello@versicleancare.com or WhatsApp +31 85 0605 665 to arrange your product return or exchange.

Refunds
All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
